Privacy Policy
Placeholder — the published version will be loaded from docs/legal/tos-privacy/healthmate-privacy-v1.md after attorney + GDPR specialist review (target: 2026-05-26).
The Privacy Policy currently in draft (v0.1) discloses:
- Health data stays on your device. HealthKit data, food photos, voice recordings, and medical documents are never sent to our servers in raw form.
- AI processing uses anonymized prompts. Short summaries with no identifiers — not retained on our servers, not used for model training.
- Sub-processors are disclosed by name and location, with SCCs in place for any data leaving the EEA.
- Your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) are implemented in-app and supported via privacy@w4app.com.
- Data Controller is currently the founder (toiminimi "w4app"). Will transfer to
w4app Oyin Q3 2026 — users will be notified at least 30 days before the transfer.
The final document will be published here before HealthMate becomes available on the App Store. The App Privacy disclosures in App Store Connect will match this policy exactly.
