Terms of Service

The Terms of Service governing your use of HealthMate are being finalized by the w4app legal team and external Finnish counsel. The current draft (v0.1) covers:
- Eligibility (18+) and acceptable use
- Medical disclaimer — HealthMate is a wellness companion, not a medical device
- Subscription terms and Apple In-App Purchase mechanics
- User content ownership and our limited license to process it
- AI-generated content limitations
- Disclaimers and limitation of liability under Finnish and EU consumer law
- Governing law (Finland) and EU consumer dispute resolution rights
