Ilia Vlasov
Founder of w4app. Twenty-plus years building software across the stack. Based in Helsinki since 2023. Previously: senior engineering roles at international product companies. Started w4app to build the kind of careful, privacy-respecting personal software that the AI generation should have but mostly doesn't.
